Had a blast at Riff! The ocean views from our King Suite were breathtaking, and the rooftop bar felt super chill. Only bummer was the slow room service—I guess you can't have it all! Would definitely return again!

Stayed here expecting a 5-star experience, but little details ruined it. The staff were, let’s say, not the best. requests took an eternity. the spa facilities weren't maintained well, what kind of nonsense is that? I thought I’d at least get a special gesture for my troubles, but alas, I’ve been let down. I almost gave it a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Nighttime in the room can be a hassle with lights from electronics affecting darkness and a not-so-tight balcony door letting in annoying wind noise. Trash accumulates on the beach outside, which detracts from the otherwise lovely setting. I encountered issues with water quality, occasionally receiving tap water in the glass bottles provided—something that shouldn't happen at such a price point. While the room is cozy, it could use a little more space for indoor tables, as the heat often makes dining outside less than ideal.

the nearby Narigama Beach is just a short stroll away, perfect for spending my afternoons soaking up the sun, and I loved how easy it was to find local eateries like Munchies Shack just a minute from the hotel for delicious meals throughout my stay.

Great beach access and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

Stayed with friends and had a fantastic time! The breakfast was really good with lots of choices, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed cycling around the area and relaxation by the beach. Definitely a great spot to unwind!

Upon arrival, the upgrade to a magnificent room turned our special occasion into an unforgettable experience. The room's design was impressive, and the sea view was mesmerizing! Enjoying drinks and food by the pool while basking in the sun added to our relaxation.

The only downside was the occasional noise from the balcony door that disrupted the tranquility at times.
